What to Do While you Wait for our Driver

1  If you’re not in a safe location or in the case of an accident, call 911 to get help. Ask them to call for assistance for you.

2  Try to take note of where you are so you can tell the police or dispatcher.

3  Try to tell the dispatcher what the car was doing before it stopped.

4  Call someone to pick you up while your car is being fixed or towed.

5  Turn on your flashers to alert other drivers.

6  Stay in the car and wait for help. Make sure it’s A-1 Towing that stops for you. Look for our yellow trucks and the big A-1 purple logo.

7  If you don’t have a cell phone and someone stops to help you, ask them to call for assistance. Do NOT get in their car unless you know them.
